Hang it on your front door, above your fireplace, or anywhere in your home to create a whimsical and festive atmosphere that will delight both young and old alike.
To make this seasonal wreath I used:
– 4″ natural burlap ribbon with frayed edges
– 2″ green and white wired chevron ribbon
– Pink Ric Rac ribbon
– Green eyelash yarn
– Mini Foam Easter Eggs
– Small white ceramic bunny
– Grapevine wreath
– Glue gun and glue
– Scissors
Start by wrapping the wreath form in the natural burlap ribbon. I used a grapevine wreath form and it turned out a little lumpy… next time around I would probably go with a smooth foam form instead. Live and learn.
Once the whole form was wrapped in the burlap ribbon I added some pink ric rac to the top 2/3 of the Easter wreath. I also added a double bow to the top of the wreath using the green and white chevron ribbon. (This ribbon is so pretty! I ordered it in several shades and can’t wait to make another wreath with it).
Then I wrapped the bottom 1/3 of the wreath in the green eyelash yarn.
When the whole she-bang was wrapped I simply hot glued the bunny and foam Easter eggs to the grassy area. Done!
