Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, ch 4, join with sl st to first ch to form ring; ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), 2 dc in ring, [ch 1, 3 dc in ring] 3 times; join with sl st to first dc. (12 dc and 4 ch-1 sps)
Rnd 2: Sl st to ch-1 sp, ch 3, 4 dc in same sp, [5 dc in next ch-1 sp] around; join.
Rnd 3: Sl st in next 2 dc, ch 1, 3 sc in same dc (center dc of 5-dc group), sc in next 2 dc, 2 sc in next ch-1 sp, sc in next 2 dc, [3 sc in next dc (corner), sc in next 2 dc, 2 sc in next ch-1 sp, sc in next 2 dc] around; join with sl st to first sc.
