SINGLE KNOT FRINGE
Cut 2 12-inch strands of yarn for each bottom st of back and fronts. Fold 2 strands in half, insert hook from back to front through st, insert hook under fold, draw through st, pull ends through lp and tighten. Rep for each bottom st.
DRAWSTRING TIES
Make 2.
With 2 strands of yarn, ch 75 [80,85,90,95], fasten off, leaving approximately 10 inches. Weave drawstring through ch-1 sps at waistband with 10-inch end at center edge. Weave in ends at side edge to secure drawstring. Thread 10-inch free end through yarn needle.
TASSELS
Make 2.
Cut 20 12-inch strands of yarn for each tassel. Fold 20 strands in half, insert yarn needle with 10-inch ends of drawstring under fold, pull through. Insert needle in last ch and tighten to secure tassel top. Wrap strands in needle around tassel twice approximately 1-inch below ch, tighten and tie knot.
Trim fringe and tassels as needed. Weave in ends.
