Break off. With pin, mark sc directly opposite d tr. Attach thread to 3rd sc preceding pin mark, ch 4, tr in next sc, dc in each of next 3 sc, tr in next 2 sc. Break off.

Trim with rick-rack, sequins and beads as desired. Make another piece the same way. Sew pieces together. Sew brass ring at top.
