This Crochet Spiderweb Purse Pattern is made in 3 sections
Section 1—The spiderweb lace is made in rounds, which you connect to one panel on the purse.
Section 2—The purse body is made in two separate panels. The spider web is placed on one of the panels, and the side is crocheted on this. After that, the second panel is joined, leaving out the opening.
Section 3—The handle is made in rows until you have the desired length and joined to the sides of the purse.

How to Crochet Spiderweb Purse Pattern
Section 1: Spider web
With 4 mm crochet hook
Round 1: In a magic ring, ch 1 (counts as first st), 4 sc and join with sl st to ch sp. 5 sc
Round 2: Ch 5 (counts as 1 dc + ch 2 sp), dc in same st as the ch sp, ch 2, (dc, ch 2, dc, ch 2) in each st around, sl st in 3rd ch of beginning ch 5. 10 dc, 10 ch sps
Round 3: Ch 7 (counts as dc + ch 4), *skip ch sp, dc in next st, ch 4, rep from * to end round, sl st in 3rd ch of beginning ch sp. 10 dc, 10 ch sps

Round 1: In a magic ring, ch 2 (does not count as a stitch), 12 dc in magic ring. 12 dc.
Skip the beginning chains, and do not join.
Place a stitch marker at the end of the round and move it after every round.
Round 2: 2 dc in each st around. 24 dc
Round 3: *dc in next, 2 dc in next, repeat from * around. 36 dc
Round 4: *dc in next 2 sts, 2 dc in next, repeat from * around. 48 dc
Round 5: *dc in the next 3 sts, 2 dc in the next, and repeat from * around. 60 dc

Pick one of the panels
- Place the spider web lace on the base.
- Crocheting over both panels.

Bag side
Continue with 5 mm crochet hook
Row 1: Ch 1, dc in next 58 sts, leave the remaining sts unworked.
You can adjust the number of skipped sts as you desire.
Rows 2 – 6: Ch 1, dc in each st across, turn.
Do not fasten off.
Pick up the second panel.
Round 10: Ch 1, sc in st around. 84 sc
Using color B, join the second panel to the side of the bag from section 3.
Crocheting around the bag opening.
Round 1: Ch 1, *sc in the next 6 sts across the edges of the side, sc in the next 24 sts, sc in the next 6 sts across the edges of the side, sc in the next 12 sts, ch 8, sc in next 12 sts and corresponding 6 sts, join with a sl st to the beginning ch.
Handle
With Color A and 5 mm crochet hook
Row 1: Ch 8, using the back loop only, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each chain across, turn. 7 sc
Row 2: Working into the front loop only of this row and the loop left from the foundation chain, sc in each st across, turning. 7 sc
Row 3: Using only the front loop of the current row and the unworked loop from the row below, sc across, and turn. 7 sc
Rows 4 until the end: Repeat Row 3.
Repeat the last row until you have your desired length.
Last row: Ch 1, going through BOTH loops of the current row AND the open loop from the previous row (for three loops total), sc across.
Leave a long tail of yarn and sew the end to one side of the Purse.
Sew the other end of the strap to the correspondent side of the purse.
Sew a button on the corresponding space to the buttonhole.
Fasten off
Weave in all ends.
