How to do a bobble. (bl)
Yo, insert hook in st indicated, draw up a loop, yo draw through 2 lps on hook, *yo insert hook in same st, draw up a loop, yo draw through 2 lps on hook, rep from * one more time, yo, draw through all 3 lps on hook.

Instructions
RND 1: With white. Ch5, join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch1, sc in ring. Ch3. *2sc in ring. Ch3. Rep from * 2 times more. Join w/slst to ch1.

RND 2: Ch3. Dc in next sc. Bl, ch3, bl in next ch3 sp. *Dc in each of the next 2 sc. Bl, ch3, bl in next ch3 sp. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.

RND 3: Ch3. Dc in next dc. Ch3. 2sc, ch3, 2sc in next ch3 corner sp. Ch3. *Dc in each of the next 2 dc. Ch3. 2sc, ch3, 2sc in next ch3 corner sp. Ch3. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off white.

RND 4: Join red in same st as slst. Dc in next dc. Ch1. 3dc in next ch3 sp. Ch1. Bl, ch3, bl in next ch3 corner sp. Ch1. 3dc in next ch3 sp. Ch1. *Dc in each of the next 2 dc. 3dc in next ch3 sp. Ch1. Bl, ch3, bl in next ch3 corner sp. Ch1. 3dc in next ch3 sp. Ch1. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to top of ch3.

RND 5: Slst to the first ch1 sp. Ch3, 2dc in same ch1 sp. 3dc in next ch1 sp. *3dc, ch2, 3dc in next ch3 corner sp. 3dc in next 4ch1 sps. Rep from * 2 more times. 3dc, ch2, 3dc in next ch3 corner sp. 3dc in each of the next 2 ch1 sps. Join w/slst to top of ch3. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.
