4.00mm Clover Crochet Hook
Head – With color 1 make a magic circle, (RS) ch3, 12dc in circle, close circle pulling loose thread, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. DNT. (12dc + ch3)
Next Row – ch3, work 2dc in each dc to end, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. DNT. (24dc + ch3)
Rpt last row once. Fasten off. DNT. (48dc + ch3)
Ears – Skip 10dc, join color 2 to next dc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next dc, 3trc in next dc, (1dc, 1hdc, 1sc) in next dc, (first ear made) Fasten off.
Skip 22dc, join color 2 to next dc, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next dc, 3trc in next dc, (1dc, 1hdc, 1sc) in next dc, (second ear made) Fasten off.
Starting at sl st join and using color 1, work 1sc in each stitch around head & both
ears to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off.

Bow – With color 4, ch8, 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1sc in each ch to end. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end. Turn.
Rpt last row until 4 rows have been worked in all. Fasten off.
Wrap color 4 round middle of sc piece several times to make the bow, knot yarn at back of bow to secure.
Finishing – Weave in all loose ends of yarn and trim, with RS of head facing attach face towards the bottom of the head, use color 3 to darn on eyes, nose and mouth, (see picture) attach the bow.
