Whether you're gifting it to a loved one or treating yourself, the Crochet Cozy Mesh Scarf is sure to become a wardrobe staple that you'll reach for time and time again.

Materials

  • 2 skeins (100g each) of super bulky yarn (6) Bernat Softee Chunky in color Grass
  • 9.00mm crochet hook
  • large buttons, I used 3 buttons
  • needle and thread to sew buttons

Scarf Pattern

Row 1: ch 134, sc in 6th ch from hook, [ch 5, skip 3 ch, sc in next ch] repeat to end, turn.

Row 2: [ch 5, sc in next ch 5 space] repeat to end, turn.

Repeat until you almost run out of yarn, about 14-15 rows.

Cut the yarn and weave in the ends.

Sew the buttons to one end of the scarf. If you find that the buttons are too small or the holes in the scarf are too large you can sew the gaps a bit with a few stitches. Alternatively, you can sew the scarf ends together so it’s an infinity scarf.
