Materials
- 4x6 stretched canvas (Dollar Tree)
- Decoart Americana acrylic craft paint (color: blush pink)
- ribbon
- hot glue
Tools
- pen blade
- scissors
- 1" flat paint brush
Instructions
- Remove the canvas. Use a pen blade to safely remove the stretched canvas from the frame. Also remove any excess left around the staples.
- Cut canvas down to size. Use the frame to trace a pattern to cut and trim the canvas down to size. Be sure to cut just inside the marker line.
- Paint the frame. Paint the front side of the frame (not the stapled side) blush pink (or a color of your choice).
Assemble the canvas. Attach the canvas to the back of the frame using a generous amount of hot glue.
Create the bow. I used chiffon ribbon to create a bow using the bunny ear method (watch the video to see how I did this).
Attach the bow. Use a tiny dab of hot glue to attach the bow to the frame.
