- 1" PVC Pipe
- Handsaw or Jigsaw
- 120 Grit Sand Paper
- 320 Grit Sand Paper
- Old T-shirt
- Spray paint
- Spray Acrylic Sealer
- Spraying surface - newspaper or cardboard
- Wreath Picks (optional)
Saw off chunks of PVC. Make them as thick or as thin as you'd like. I used the guide on the jigsaw as my cutting line.
Sand each chunk. Use the 120 grit first, then the 320 grit. I simply placed sand paper on an old book and rubbed the PVC ends against it.
Blow off the dust and wipe each piece with a lint free cloth - old T-shirts work well.
Spray with acrylic sealer.
Place cloth napkins in the rings.
