Supplies:

  • 1" PVC Pipe
  • Handsaw or Jigsaw
  • 120 Grit Sand Paper
  • 320 Grit Sand Paper
  • Old T-shirt
  • Spray paint
  • Spray Acrylic Sealer
  • Spraying surface - newspaper or cardboard
  • Wreath Picks (optional)

Saw off chunks of PVC. Make them as thick or as thin as you'd like. I used the guide on the jigsaw as my cutting line.

Sand each chunk. Use the 120 grit first, then the 320 grit. I simply placed sand paper on an old book and rubbed the PVC ends against it.

Blow off the dust and wipe each piece with a lint free cloth - old T-shirts work well.

Spread out the pieces on a large piece of cardboard or sheets of newspaper. Spray paint. Let dry. Turn over. Spray again. Let dry and spray a light third coat.

Spray with acrylic sealer.

Place cloth napkins in the rings.
