Bat Cupcake Liner Craft Supplies Needed

  • Wooden clothespins
  • Black acrylic paint
  • White paint pen
  • Cupcake liners – assorted colors
  • Scissors

Bat Craft Step by Step Directions

Begin by painting wooden clothespins black.

Let the paint dry completely

While the paint is drying, fold a cupcake liner in half. Then fold again.

Now, on the main fold, cut a V coming from the curved edge. Make sure you don’t cut all the way through to the top. You could also cut a smaller V on top of the fold with the longer V on bottom. Again, make sure you don’t cut all the way through.

Then, cut a jagged edge along the curved edge

When the clothespins are completely dry, use a white paint pen to make two small white dots for eyes and a W for fangs.

Finally, clasp the cupcake liner in the clothespin. This completes your super cute and fun Halloween bats! Make more in more colors!
