Here’s what I used…

1. White and pink yarn (My favorite brands are Lily Sugar N’ Cream Yarn or Bernat 100% cotton)
2. 5 MM Hook

Instructions

• Starting with your white yarn, make a slip knot and chain 33

• Slip stitch into the fist stitch you made, carful not to twist the chain

• Half double crochet into each stitch until you get back around, slip stitch into the 2nd stitch up to secure your first round

• Do this for one more round, then switch from white to pink yarn

• Chain up 9, slip stitch into the 3rd stitch away from the chain space, do this all the way around

• Chain up 5

• Twist the first loop you made into a ribbon shape and single crochet 2 times into the chain space, then chain 1

• Continue this all the way around

• Slip stitch into the 4th stitch up (from our initial 5 chains)

• Switch back to white yarn

• Half double crochet into each stitch all the way around and slip stitch into the top stitch of your initial half double crochet to join the two sides together.

• Do this one more time before finishing with your final slip stitch. Tuck in any loose ends
