I used this Cro­chet Cup Cozy on a Star­bucks Cup.

Red Heart Brown yarn, H hook, this is the bot­tom of the cup­cake
chain 10
Row 1. sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and each stitch across, turn ‑9 sc
Row 2. sc in the back loops, and each back loops across, turn ‑9 sc
Row 3. sc in the reg­u­lar loops and each reg­u­lar loops sc across ‑9sc
Rows 4–34. Repeat Rows 2 and 3, and alter­nate between the two rows. ‑9sc
Sew the two ends togeth­er so it will fit around the cup. (you will sew the next top part with this bot­tom part)

Pink yarn, H hook,
Rnds 1–7. chain 34, con­nect the ends to make a ring, ch 1, sc in each stitch across, sl st. 7 times. ‑34 sc
Rnd 8. (Shells), 6 hdc in the next stitch, *sl st in the next two stitch­es, 6hdc in the next stitch, *repeat, sl st
Sew the shell bot­tom to the brown piece togeth­er.
Cher­ry: F hook, pink yarn
rnd 1. ch 2, work 4 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sl st ‑4sc
rnd 2. work 2sc in each stitch around, sl st ‑8sc
rnd 3. sc in each stitch around, sl st. twice, 8sc
-stuff with pink yarn, and sew close, and fas­ten off. Sew the cher­ry onto the cen­ter of the top of the cup­cake.

Sprin­kles: sew pink dash lines all over the top of the cup­cake.
