Notes:

• The inactive yarn is carried throughout the cozy under the active yarn stitches.
• Do not pull the yarn too tight that is carried inside the stitches.
• Beginning ch 1 does not count as a stitch.
• When joining to complete a round, always join with a sl st to the first st in that round.
• This cup cozy is worked in TURNED ROUNDS.

Instructions Tiny Hearts Cup Cozy:

With A, ch 36, join to first ch.

Round 1: Ch 1, hdc in each ch around, join, TURN. 36 sts

After you turn to start the next round make sure the first st is not worked into the join sl st but in the last st of the previous round.

Remember to see special stitch instructions for the next round. The sc knit sts will use color B while the rest of the stitches use color A.

Round 2: (RS) Ch 1, sc in first, sc knit st in next, *sc in next 3, sc knit st in next; repeat from * around until 2 sts remain, sc in remaining, join, TURN.

Round 3: Ch 1, hdc in each st around, join, TURN.

Round 4: Ch 1, sc in first, sc in next 2, sc knit st in next, *sc in next 3, sc knit st in next; repeat from * around, join, TURN.

Round 5: Ch 1, hdc in each st around, join, TURN.

Rounds 6-9: Repeat Rounds 2-5.

Rounds 10-11: Repeat Rounds 2-3.

Fasten off and weave in ends.
